Integral’s manufacturing facility is made up of 60,000sq foot, we have invested in the most up to date CNC equipment to produce a product that far surpass the competition.

Our sales team have many years of experience in the industry and work with the most up to date bespoke scheduling systems.

The CNC routing department work with technologically advanced precision machinery equiped with diamond tipped tooling producing the best quality machined MDF for Vinyl wrapping.

Integral has four twin table SCM Ergon Nesting Machines for high volume production.

Our Vinyl wrapped department is made up of three Burkle flowline Presses and one Burkle deep chamber Press.

Our Burkle flowline Presses have 30 vinyl roll paternosters, with automatic vinyl feed cut off stations.

Our Burkle flowline Presses have state of the art pin system’s for pressing any bespoke shapes.

They have turn over stations as to inspect the melamine reverse as the operator trims out the doors before inspecting the face.

The large storage facility allows a quick turn around for the vast range of products we offer our customer base.
